How hevuxo Started

hevuxo came together because getting dressed shouldn't be this complicated. The men we knew were tired of the same routine: paying premium prices at department stores for shirts and suits that still didn't fit right, or rolling the dice on cheap online finds that arrived looking nothing like the listing. Somewhere between those two extremes, there was supposed to be a real option. There wasn't.

So we built one. We launched hevuxo in 2026 to put well made men's clothing within reach: suits, shirts, and outfits that actually fit, hold up over time, and don't ask you to choose between quality and a reasonable price. No shortcuts on what matters, no padding on the price tag.

Our Mission

We exist to make dressing well simple. That means no marketing copy that overpromises, no photos taken under perfect studio lighting that misrepresent the piece, and no surprise add ons at checkout. Every item we list is meant to do its job, whether you're going to work, to a wedding, or just out for the evening.

If we wouldn't wear it ourselves, we don't sell it. That's the whole filter.

Our Vision

The plan is straightforward. We want hevuxo to be the brand that a guy mentions when his friend asks where he got that shirt or that suit. Not the biggest menswear store online. Not the loudest. The one that earned the recommendation by getting the basics right.

Every piece is reviewed before it goes live. Every policy is written so you can read it without a lawyer. Every email is answered like a person wrote it, because one did.

hevuxo.com is operated by hevuxo LLC. Our address is 180 Mercer Street, New York, NY 10012, United States. We're an online only operation, no physical storefront, and that's part of why we can keep prices reasonable on pieces that would cost a lot more at a traditional retailer.

Each item gets handled before it makes the catalog. We check the fabric, the construction, the buttons, the lining where it matters, and how it holds shape after a wash or a wear. Anything that doesn't meet the bar gets sent back. Plenty does get sent back.

What We Sell

Men's clothing built around three categories: suits, shirts, and complete outfits. The catalog is intentionally kept tight. We'd rather offer a smaller selection we've personally vetted than a sprawling inventory of pieces nobody on the team has actually touched.

Our Pricing

All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars and include free standard shipping within the United States. The number on the product page is the number you pay at checkout. No surprise fees, no fabricated original prices crossed out to make a regular price feel like a discount, no countdown timers designed to rush you.

Returns and Your Rights

We offer a 30 day return window on every eligible item. If a suit doesn't fit the way you hoped, a shirt isn't right for you, or something just isn't what you expected, send it back. For damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered items, we cover the return shipping and send you a prepaid label. Full details are in our Refund and Return Policy, linked in the footer of every page.

A Note on Trust

Buying clothes online from a store you've never heard of is a leap of faith. We know that. hevuxo is a new business in 2026, and we haven't built the years of reviews and customer history that established brands have yet. We're not going to dress that up.

What we can offer is everything a real business should: a registered company behind the brand, a real business address, a real phone number, policies written in plain English, and a willingness to actually fix things when they go wrong. If something about your order isn't right, the suit doesn't fit, the shirt arrived with a defect, the package never showed up, send us a message.
