What payment methods do you accept?

What currency are prices displayed in?
All prices on our website are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD). The price shown on the product page is the price you'll pay at checkout. There are no hidden fees, handling charges, or additional surcharges.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase, provided the order hasn't been shipped yet. To request a cancellation, please email us right away at support@hevuxo.com with your order number.
If your order has already shipped, it can't be canceled. You can instead return the item once it arrives by following our standard return process. For full details, please see our Refund & Return Policy.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Standard delivery within the U.S. takes 5 to 8 business days after processing. The total estimated delivery time is 6 to 10 business days from the date of purchase.
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Shipping occurs Monday to Friday.
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2:00 PM EST are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, all orders within the United States ship free of charge with standard delivery. There are no customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged to you. All applicable costs are handled by us as part of the free shipping service.
Where does hevuxo.com ship?
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If we expand to additional regions in the future, updates will be posted on our website and Shipping Policy page.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your shipment anytime on our tracking page or directly with the carrier.
Please note: Tracking information may take 1 to 2 business days to update after dispatch. If your tracking number does not show any updates after 5 business days, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
My package is delayed or has not arrived. What should I do?
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time (6 to 10 business days from the date of purchase), please reach out to us at support@hevuxo.com
We'll open an investigation with the carrier and send you an update within 3 to 5 business days. If the package can't be located, we'll offer you either a full refund or a replacement shipment at no extra cost.

Returns & Refunds
How do returns work?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@hevuxo.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (required for defective or damaged items).
- Our team will review your request within 1 to 2 business days and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number with instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it to the return address provided.
For defective or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label. For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please do not send returns without prior authorization. Returns sent without an RA number may be rejected or delayed.
Can I return items if I simply don't like them?
Yes, as long as the item is unused, with all original tags attached, and returned within 30 days of delivery. In this case, the return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, since we can't be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Can I exchange items?
We offer free exchanges for defective or incorrectly delivered items. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to receive a prepaid return label.
For exchanges due to size or color preference, please place a new order for the desired item and return the original item following the standard return process. This way you receive the new item as quickly as possible without waiting for the return to be processed.
When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Google Pay).
You'll get an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
What if I received a defective or damaged item?
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@hevuxo.com with your order number and photos of the defective or damaged item. We'll review your claim within 1 to 2 business days and provide you with a prepaid return label. Defective and damaged items are eligible for return within the full 30 day return window.
We'll either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
