Shipping Costs
We currently offer free standard shipping on every order within the United States. There are no hidden fees, handling charges, or surcharges added at checkout. The total price shown at checkout is the final amount you'll be charged.
Shipping Regions
We ship to all addresses within the United States.
Processing Time
Orders placed between Monday and Friday before 2:00 PM EST are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. public holidays are excluded from processing.
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Shipping occurs Monday to Friday.
You'll receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order, followed by a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery time within the U.S. is 5 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing. Including processing, the estimated total delivery time is 6 to 10 business days from the date of purchase.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Occasional delays may happen due to high order volumes, holidays, weather events, or carrier related issues.
Fulfillment & Shipping Process
We work with an experienced fulfillment partner who handles the complete shipping and logistics process on our behalf. Products are shipped from our fulfillment partner's distribution center and delivered to our customers across the United States.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your shipment anytime on our tracking page or directly on the carrier's website.
Please note: Tracking information may take 1 to 2 business days to update after dispatch. If your tracking number does not show any updates after 5 business days, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, damaged, or doesn't arrive, please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible. We will:
- Delayed packages: Open an investigation with the carrier and provide you with an updated delivery estimate within 3 to 5 business days.
- Damaged packages: Arrange a replacement shipment or issue a full refund. Please share photos of the damaged item and packaging when you reach out.
- Lost packages: If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window and the carrier cannot locate it, we'll offer you either a full refund or a replacement shipment at no extra cost.
